Space Cadets is a Managed Service Provider (MSP).  In effect, this means we can work to support your existing IT team, or act as your exclusive IT provider.  We setup your IT infrastructure to meet the needs of your business.  This includes procuring your IT hardware, setting up new employees / devices, ensuring proper security policy implementation, managing your physical network(s) and administering your core office management and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 / Active Directory, Apple Business Manager and Google Workspace.

For our managed IT service we setup you up with straightforward pricing.  You’re charged a fixed monthly fee for each employee / user in your organization which includes a base set of software tools.  You don’t pay for anything you aren’t using, and your IT support can easily scale with your business as it evolves.

While you might fear that this is an expensive proposition, the reality is almost always the opposite.  There is a lot that goes into setting up, administering and maintaining your IT infrastructure.  Beyond the obvious costs of software and hardware, your staff will need to spend a large amount of time tending to your various computers, vendors, servers, and mobile devices.  In addition to traditional labor costs, you also have to factor in staff time to research various products, understand best practices and undertake necessary training and education.  

Often the outcome is one of two scenarios: hiring dedicated IT staff that can significantly add to company overhead, or having existing staff with limited to no experience stretch to cover IT functions which negatively impacts their core work.  

Space Cadets provides the expertise needed to help your company make good decisions regarding critical technology investments, all while typically costing less than staffing and managing an internal IT organization.

Your employees enjoy the benefit of an on-call IT support team.  Their computers are setup with a remote monitoring and connection tool, so with the click of an easy button they can submit and issue or participate in a live issue resolution session.  

Additionally, they can be set up to work with the flexibility many employees are seeking in today’s market.  We can setup secure company infrastructure access on personal computers, phones and tables, so your team can work in whatever manner is needed.  All while enjoying the benefits of increased security for your own company assets and data.

First, we start with understanding your company, technology infrastructure (if any), internal processes and pain points.

After that we’ll discuss recommendations and possible solutions to meet your needs.  If you’re excited to move forward with a solution we’ll compile the details and plans.

Finally, we’ll work to put our plans into action and coordinate with you the whole time.  Have a concern or issue?  Don’t hesitate to call; open communication is a key throughout this process.

On an ongoing basis we will routinely check-in.  We want to understand how things are working, and get clarity on any upcoming needs or challenges.  We always want to proactively position you and / or your company for success.
